This healthy side of the marsh is an environment teeming with life, and it is hard to think about stopping our investigations, but its time to go back to where we began and cross the busy Escape Road to take a look at the south side of the marsh.Gee, the Redwing Blackbird knows we're back. Listen to him sound the alarm again. It sounds so noisy as we get back on the path to the Galilee Escape Road. We didn't notice the sounds of cars and rushing traffic while we were in the lower marsh. Amazing how we get used to loud noises we hear every day on the street. The salt marsh was peaceful with the songs and sounds of shore birds. This is a busy road. Look both ways before crossing.
